An Outcome Evaluation Visit for Selected Programs/Projects and the 17/2023 Outcome Evaluation Working Committee (JKPO) Meeting – Ministry of Plantation and Commodities (KPK) took place at the Headquarters of the National Kenaf and Tobacco Board (LKTN).
On the first day, a visit was made to the kenaf plantation area located in Kg. Guntong, Setiu, Terengganu. The plantation covers an area of 24 hectares and involves 16 kenaf smallholders for fiber production. This visit was attended by representatives from the Ministry of Finance (MOF), representatives from the Coordination and Implementation Unit, Prime Minister’s Department (ICU JPM), representatives from KPK, and LKTN officers.
On the second day, the 17/2023 Outcome Evaluation Working Committee (JKPO) Meeting – Ministry of Plantation and Commodities (KPK) was held at the LKTN Headquarters.
YM Raja Muhammad Azhan Shah Raja Muhammad, Deputy Director-General, Monitoring and Development Sector, Coordination and Implementation Unit, Prime Minister’s Department (ICU JPM), chaired the meeting this time.
The outcome evaluation for this development project involved agencies under the supervision of KPK, including LKTN, the Malaysian Cocoa Board (LKM), the Malaysian Pepper Board (MPB), the Malaysian Rubber Board (LGM), and the Malaysian Timber Industry Board (MTIB).
