7-8 October 2024 (Monday-Tuesday) | Government Vehicle Management and Driving Ethics Course 2024
National Tobacco and Training Institute (INSKET), Pasir Puteh
The National Kenaf and Tobacco Board Training Unit (LKTN) has organized the Government Vehicle Driving Ethics Course 2024 located at INSKET, Pasir Puteh.
This course involved 30 LKTN staff from all the country. The purpose of this course is to provide exposure in the basic technical aspects of vehicles that can help drivers understand vehicle control techniques more perfectly and safely.
Among the modules learned on the first day of the course are Stress Management in Driving, Laws and Regulations of the Road, Prudent Driving and Defensive Driving, Hands-On Driving and Riding Sessions delivered by the speaker Mr. Jalal Ikram bin Mohamed Nori, Head of Unit Road and Corporate Safety, Kelantan State Road Transport Department (JPJ).
Meanwhile, the completion of the module on the last day of the course is Log Book Completion, Driver Responsibilities (Before, During and After the end of the journey), Driving Ethics Procedures and Driver Communication which has been handled by the speaker from the Transport Division of the Kelantan State Police Contingent Headquarters (IPK) which is Mr. Syed Mohd Fauzi bin Syed Harun and Mr. Qayyum bin Mohammed Danian.
