Our commitment is to lead the development of the plant-based fiber industry including kenaf and regulate the tobacco industry to generate the national economy.

Ensuring that any inquiries and complaints from customers are given early feedback within 7 working days.

  1. Manage the registration of kenaf activities within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the registration application for approval;

  2. Manage tobacco license applications and tobacco products within 7 working days;

  3. Manage the application for a permit to transport preserved tobacco within 3 working days;

  4. Ensure the approval of the Tobacco Import Permit application within 3 working days from the date the complete application is received; and

  5. Manage applications for assistance from the Kenaf and Tobacco Industry Welfare Fund (TKIKT) within 14 working days.

  1. Managing the distribution of kenaf plant incentive assistance to kenaf operators within 14 working days from the date of the plant implementation;

  2. Hold an advisory and development service program for one target group area at least once every year;

  3. Manage Research and Development fund applications to applicants within 60 working days from the date of receipt of a complete application; and

  4. Hold an engagement session with the industry at least once every year.

  1. Manage kenaf revenue payment claims to kenaf operators within 14 working days from the date of receipt of a complete claim;

  2. Process kenaf purchase applications from kenaf manufacturers or individuals within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the application; and

  3. Manage the delivery of products ordered through Kenafmall within 7 working days.

  1. Manage the reservation of farm mechanization services within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the application;

  2. Machinery and machine damage repair actions are carried out within 3 working days from the date penerimaan laporan kerosakan; dan

  3. Farm mechanization service payment claims are forwarded to the customer within 14 working days from the end date of the service.

Ensuring agency procurement management is carried out in accordance with the rules and procurement procedure circulars set:-

  1. Acquisition by direct purchase is managed within 14 days;
  2. Procurement by quotation is managed within 45 days; and
  3. Procurement by tender diurus dalam tempoh 70 hari.

Ensure payment of bills and claims within 14 days from the date of receipt of a complete claim along with related supporting documents.

Update and upload the latest information to the agency's website within 2 working days.

Publish and distribute official agency information:-

  1. Publishing Fact Sheets before the 15th of every month;
  2. Publish the Statistical Book in May every year; and
  3. Publish an Annual Report Book once a year.
