The National Tobacco and Tobacco Board (LKTN) through the LKTN Legal Unit held a Basic Prosecution Course for Prosecuting Officers and LKTN Authorized Officers on 2 to 4 September 2024 at the LKTN Headquarters, Kubang Kerian, Kota Bharu, Kelantan.
The objective of this course is to improve the knowledge and skills of participants to the process and procedures of effective prosecution during court proceedings. Also present are YBrs. Mr. Muhammad Zuhdi Mustaffa, Director of Marketing takes on the duties of LKTN Deputy Director General of Management and Operations.
This course is a strategic collaboration course between LKTN and the Judicial and Legal Training Institute (ILKAP) and is attended by Prosecuting Officers and Authorized Officers from LKTN throughout the country. Course implementation in the form of briefings, group discussions and charity training conducted entirely by ILKAP who are skilled and professional in the field of prosecution.
