VISIT BY JPA AND KPK TO THE KENAF PLANTING PROJECT AND KENAF PROCESSING AND PRODUCTION FACTORY
The National Kenaf and Tobacco Board (LKTN) received a visit from the Organizational Development Division, Public Service Department (JPA), and the Human Resources Management Division, Ministry of Plantation and Commodities (KPK) starting today. The delegation was taken to visit the Kenaf Planting Project in Jeram Mengaji, Pasir Puteh, Kelantan, for livestock feed production.
The delegation was also taken to the Engineering and Factory Division (BKK) to inspect the machinery used for processing kenaf plants and subsequently visited the kenaf fiber planting verification plot at the Kenaf and Tobacco Training Institute (INSKET), Pasir Puteh.
The visit continued to the Kenaf Processing and Production Center in Saujana, Setiu, Terengganu, to closely observe the production of kenaf thermobonding and see kenaf products at the IBS Kenaf House.
Also present were YBrs. Tuan Hj. Wan Baharuddin Wan Ismail (Director General of LKTN), YBrs. En. Mohammad Rafie Abdul Majid (Deputy Director of the Organizational Development Division, JPA), and YBrs. Pn. Hanim Abdollah (Secretary of the Human Resources Division, KPK).
