APPLICATION FOR TOBACCO LICENSE AND TOBACCO PRODUCTS (LICENSING OF TOBACCO AND TOBACCO PRODUCTS) REGULATIONS 2011

  1. Licensing enforcement for LKTN tobacco licenses in 2022 is for individuals/companies carrying out tobacco-related activities as stipulated in [Act 692] National Tobacco and Tobacco Board Act 2009 section 39 (1). 4 licenses implemented are :
    a) Cure Tobacco License
    b) Purchased Cured Tobacco License
    c) Manufacture Tobacco and Tobacco Product License
    d) Blend Tobacco License
  1. License applications can be made by filling in Form 1A and including the required supporting documents during the application. Please read the license application guidelines and conditions carefully before applying.
